Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days to most regions. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, weather or logistics reasons.

We ship to most mainstream regions worldwide. For remote areas, additional shipping fee or longer delivery time may apply.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number and tracking link.

If the package is returned due to wrong address, unclaimed or delivery failure, customer will bear the reshipping fee.
