- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all labels intact.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned goods.
Damaged & Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer replacement, full refund or partial refund accordingly.
